DropCare® Cera-3L (5%) is made of CERAMIDE NP, which binds keratinocytes together so that the skin locks in moisture and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. In some people with thin skin,CERAMIDE NP can thicken the cuticle slightly, making the skin more tolerant and reducing redness.
