DropCare® MOA-3(LAURETH-3) is a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier (water-in-oil, W/O). It can make the water in the form of small droplets evenly dispersed in the oily component, forming an emulsion or suspension.
LAURETH-3 has a certain moisturizing effect on the skin and is resistant to hard water. The HLB value ranges from 6 to 7. DropCare® MOA-3 is stable in general cosmetic pH and can be used with anionic, cationic, and non-ionic surfactants for use in eye creams, cleansers, shampooers, and other products.
